Frequent indexing of the blogs doesn’t not depends upon the type of web hosting that you using but with the authority of blog it should have

For Example

How frequently the site got updated( Fresh stories )
Wherever the back-links for the blog can be found (If the back-links found with popular or frequent indexing websites that will also follows your website that increase the chances of frequent indexing of your site)
Fast loading blogs ( it may hosted with shared or dedicated ,faster is better)

For Question 2:

I can’t get your question completely but using the popular blogging software also increases the chances of the site indexing .For Example wordpress have the feature of inbuilt ping functionality that will announce the ping sites automatically whenever the blog got updated.

So using of this popular blogging software is highly recommended

I don’t have a bloogin site yet. I will have one soon for professional reasons/purposes.

My main question is this:

Which one of the following methods can help my blog (and my blog entires) indexed by search engines the most?

1 – Dedicated hosting (my own domain name on my onw dedicated server) OR

2 – Self-hosted (by WordPress, for example)?

And why?

Thanks…really great info…Im just beginning to start my own dedicated blog hosting and this really has explained things alot…would you know the best software to get for blogging…im not too sure bout that…but thanks for the list…ive got lots of research to do…hehehehe
